Our Recruiting Process

Through plant pottings, group dinners, and other social events, you will get to know students with similar backgrounds and interests. This is a great opportunity to learn from current members and connect with your potential executive board.

  • Our four week recruiting process begins in early fall, starting with the UVA activities fair.

  • The application process gauges environmental interests and passion for outdoors and nature. It is not resumé-based.
